Dear  International Ecological Economy Promotion Association,

  At the very first day of the Lunar New Year, the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has brought a huge impact on the normal life and production across China. All staff of the Jianguomen Subdsitrict promptly engaged in the prevention efforts against this epidemic. In our most trying time against the virus, the IEEPA donated 868 bottles of alcohol and 600 KN95 masks to our street, which gives a strong support to our local efforts. It also injects huge impetus into our prevent and control efforts. We are all deeply touched and inspired. In this regard, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to your selfless help. 

  At present, the prevention efforts in Beijing have returned to regular stage. Under the correct guidance of both municipal and regional levels, as well as the care the support from stationed institutions, Jianguomen Subdistrict will continue to strengthen our local security barrier and resolutely win the final victory against the virus.

Shoulder our Responsibility - IEEPA Proposal

The academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Sciences are outstanding representatives and the highest and lifetime honorary academic titles in China's scientific and engineering technology circle. They are elected every two years. On November 22nd, 2019, according to the official website of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor Xu Zuxin, Deputy Director of IEEPA Green Mining Committee,  was successfully elected an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Her resume is as follows:

Prof. Xu Zuxin, a native of Jiangxi Province, was born in April 1956. She is a CPC member, Counsellor of Shanghai People's  Municipal Government, Professor / Doctoral Supervisor of College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tongji University. Mainly engaged in urban river environment comprehensive improvement, sewage pipe network construction, reconstruction and operation regulation, agricultural non-point source pollution control research, she published more than 140 papers (nearly 20 SCI), chaired the "863" national key scientific research projects such as the  the 11th Five-Year Water "863" Project, and the 12th Five-Year Water Project. She has many times won the "First Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress".

Graduated from Hohai University in September 1988,

Visiting Scholar of University of Rome in Italy in 1993.

Previous posts: Associate Professor of Hohai University, Professor of College of Environmental Science and Engineering of Tongji University, Assistant to the President of Tongji University,

In April 2000, she served as Deputy Director of the Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau.

From April 2003 to September 2007, she served as Director of the Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau.

From September 2007 to November 2016, she served as Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission.

First Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2008.

He was appointed as the Shanghai Municipal Government Counselor in August 2016, and her term will run until April 2021.

She was elected as the Deputy Director of IEEPA Green Mining Committee in June 2019.

In November 2019, she was elected as a professional academician of water environmental protection and treatment of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
